基本结构型式:
Stainless Steel Roller Chain
• Stainless Roller Chain is composed of type 304 stainless steel. This chain is more corrosion resistant than RS Roller Chain, Nickel Plated Roller Chain and Zinc Plated Roller Chain. It can be used in special environments such as corrosive conditions, underwater and in acids/alkali.
• It is non-magnetic, though it may have some magnetic properties at low operating temperatures. These chromium-nickel steel alloys are worked hardened in order to improve mechanical resistance. When worked hardened, these steels become slightly magnetic.
• 316 Stainless Steel Roller chain has the greatest corrosion resistant properties. It has the highest resistance to extreme temperatures and has very low magnetic permeability.
• AISI 410 martensite, thru hardened stainless steels are used in particular on rounded parts (pins and bushings) to increase wear resistance. Their mechanical strength is higher than AISI 300 steels but their resistance to corrosive environments is lower. These are magnetic steels.
• DUPLEX stainless steel material used in some applications need higher strength chain also required good corrosion resistant, especially in chloride environments.
• Usually, we do not lubricate stainless steel chain before packing. It is suggested to use suitable grease to lubricate the chain during chain running.
