NSE type Elevator Chain

• Conveyor chain with G4 attachment is used for high capacity elevators, with double strands. The advantages of such bucket elevator are simple and compact structure, small cross-sectional dimension and significant floor area saving; Large lifting height, etc.

• NSE type bucket elevator is designed for high speed conveyance and the speed is about double that of NE type.

• To withstand high speed operation and to reduce noise and shock, the chain pitch is one-half or less of that of the chains for NE type.

• Materials, heat treatment and design have been developed to ensure optimum chain life and maximum value.
