Suspension Chain for Ship Unloader

• The chains typically work at steel mills and power plants for unloading iron ore or coal from the vessel quickly. Two lines of chain with buckets in between scoop up and transfer materials. Material of chain has to be selected depending on material to be unloaded.

• The chains are used special material and heat-treatment, make the chain pretty durability, higher strength and better ductility.

• There is special steel ring in side to let the chain lubrication free.  

• Materials, heat treatment and design have been developed to ensure optimum chain life and maximum value.
