Coating Line Accumulation Conveyor Chain

• Automobile coating line is generally used in water-based coating. The water content of the water-based background coat is about 60%. In order to ensure the quality of the paint film, the water-based background paint must be predried before spraying the cover light varnish, so that the water content in the paint film is less than 10%. The pre-drying room adopts more forms of transport, including accumulated double-chain transport

• The skid roller on the chain can rotate freely, so the skid placed on the chain will run synchronously with the chain without external resistance or thrust. And the skid can slide relatively through the chain if resistance or thrust happened, which can performance the accumulation characteristics of the chain.
