Coating Line Pendulum Chain

• The chain is used for submerged body conveying Prior to the coating steps of the paint shop, the car bodies need to be chemically cleaned. During the pre-treatment they pass through several consecutive dip tanks, chain run with many rises and falls.

• Pendulum conveyor chains for return arches have outside-mounted rollers with special bearings, which run in U-profiled track systems.

•  Two parallel chains slide on side guides which support steel carriers and in turn carry the car body.

• Materials, heat treatment and design have been developed to ensure optimum chain life and maximum value.
