Sludge and Grit Collector Chain

• Grit tanks are installed with relay pumping stations on sewage mains and chains, or at the intake pumps of treatment station. They comprise debris removal and grit removal facilities.

•The chain is used for collecting deposited sediment in settling basins and sedimentation basins or removing the collected sediment in sewage treatment facilities and other water treatment facilities require especially high resistance to corrosion and wear since they are directly exposed to sewage and sludge.

• There are several type of attachment for different purpose: A2 and T1 attachments for mounting debris remover rakes; SF4 attachment for mounting collector flights. Extended pin for mounting dredger buckets.
